Michel Loriot Reserve Brut

The Blanc de Noirs tried tonight is a blend of reserve wines from different vintages, and several cru-owned.

The color is clear in the glass, and the train de Bulles salt thin and continuous.
The aromas are pleasantly fruity but very mild and light.

What is striking, however, ‘is the amplitude of the drink and the fullness of the fruit therein.

I seem to chew this champagne, so dense and interwoven is its plot.
The red fruits, with currants and strawberries, mix with lime juice and green apple.

The softness of the bubble foams startling the taste in your mouth naturally.

Perfect when paired with the raw flavor supported with the sea, a cut with extra virgin olive oil del Garda or even the Pata Negra Iberico de Bellota.

The quality / price ratio is extraordinary, almost keep at least three bottles in a cool ….. you never know, the surprise visits could be around the corner and we should not be caught unprepared!

Word of Dame.
