Interpretation of taste for Champagne Ruinart

Chef de Cave of the Maison Ruinart, Frédéric Panaiotis, proposes a new tasting experience with its rosé champagne, thanks to the new Interpretation gift box and the aromas developed with the help of IFF (International Flavor & Frangrances Inc.).

In the package, as well as a bottle of rosé, are placed eight small bulbs filled with the aromas that embody more ‘other taste of this champagne.

Barely notes of menthol emerge at first smell, followed by hints of litchee. Aromas of freshly picked strawberries that are transformed gradually into full cherry, swinging between the taste of freshness and maturity.
A hint of pine needles that aligns with pink grapefruit, giving in this way a touch of sensuality growing that makes you feel warm and spicy accents.

A game that you could learn, and that they might like it.

The Interpretation Gift box is available in two versions: Ruinart Interpretation Rosé and Ruinart Interpretation Blanc de blancs.
