Moët & Chandon – Nectar Impérial

Demi-Sec Champagne

A little gem, a rare demi-sec champagne in, though of course they were born as sweet wines.

What we have here is a classic blend: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.
A beautiful pale straw color, delicate.

As they are delicate perfumes that at first glance I hear the nose: a little ‘honey and freshly cut peach with yellow plums still fresh and, in the distance, a note mint almost imperceptible.

In the mouth, the entry is extremely pleasant, soft, round.

The scents keep their promise and reappear on the palate in the form of fruit salad, litchees, mango, and finally, a small bitter taste that is used to balance the initial sweetness, never still too annoying.

What strikes you most? The acidity and freshness always present and balanced.

With the dessert, but with fruit, and I would dare, even with a nice plate of chicken nuggets with pineapple and curry. I’ll try ‘very soon.
